Who is eligible to join the Finding Jordan Picasso Contest?
This Contest is open to Malaysians only, within the age groups of 6 to 9 years old, and 10 to 12 years old.

When is the Contest Period?
This Contest shall run from 12:00 am on 1 March 2019 to 4:00 pm on 30 April 2019. All entries received outside the Contest Period will be immediately disqualified.

Is there an entry fee?
There is no entry fee. However, each contest form submission must be accompanied with proof of purchase (purchase receipt of any Jordan product). Any entry received without a receipt will be disqualified.

How to join The Finding Jordan Picasso Contest?
Participants must complete the following steps:

Step 1:
Obtain a contest form from a participating merchant store or online at www.findingjordanpicasso.com

Step 2:
Create an art piece based on the theme of 'My Favourite Food' on the contest form (A4 sized) with NON-DIGITAL art utilities and physical materials

Step 3:
Fill in your personal details as required in the contest form (A4 sized) and snap a clear picture of your completed contest form (front & back) & receipt as proof of purchase. If your child’s entry is shortlisted, you are required to present the physical copy and art piece for further evaluation.

Can participants enter the contest if they do not reside in Malaysia?
Unfortunately, no. However, a similar contest will be launched within the Asia Pacific region soon. Updates will be posted on the Jordan Facebook page.

Can participants snap a photo of their completed contest form and submit it via any e-submission platform, then edit the same art piece and submit it as a new entry?
No. Participants that are shortlisted to be winners are required to present the original completed contest form and art piece for further evaluation. If the original entry does not match the image submitted via any e-submission platform, it shall be immediately disqualified.

What does it mean to use only traditional, physical colouring materials and techniques for the artwork?
It means that each contest form is only valid when the following traditional, physical colouring materials or techniques are used: Colour pencils, crayons, acrylic paints, coloured sand and/or glitter, collage, etc. We DO NOT accept any form of colouring done via digital software and/or mobile devices, and such entries will be disqualified.

Can multiple entries be submitted?
Yes. However, each entry form must be accompanied by a receipt (proof of purchase) and each participant is entitled to win a maximum of one (1) prize for the entire duration of the contest.

How will winners be determined?
A panel of judges comprised of the Jordan Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd management team (The Organiser) will determine the winners. Their decision is final and conclusive. No correspondences, queries, appeals or protests will be entertained

How will the contest form artwork be judged?
The judging criteria of each artwork will be based on the following:
•Overall creativity & theme: 40%
• Overall colour combination & composition: 20%
• Craft, skill & neatness: 20%
• Creative use of materials: 20%

How many winners will be chosen?
There will be a total of 15 winners chosen for each contest category: Category 1 (6 to 9 years) and Category 2 (10 to 12 years)

For each of these categories, the top 3 Contestants will be chosen to be the Grand Prize Winner, 1st Prize Winner and 2nd Prize Winner respectively. Likewise, the following top 12 Contestants will each win a Consolation Prize.

What happens should there be a tie?
In the event of a tie, the judges will make the final decision.

When will the winners be announced?
All shortlisted Contestants will be notified by phone and/or email and invited to join the Prize Giving Ceremony where winners will be announced.

Can a representative be sent to collect the prize on behalf of the winner?
Yes. If any shortlisted Contestant is not able to join the Prize Giving Ceremony, a representative can be sent to collect the prize on their behalf. Official identification documentation and an authorisation letter are required to be presented by the representative.

Will the contest form submissions be returned?
No. All contest forms and art pieces shall become the property of The Organiser.
