This 'Finding Jordan Picasso Contest' ("Contest") is organised by Jordan Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd. ("JORDAN") or ("The Organiser"). The Contest is open to Malaysians only, within the age groups of 6 to 9 years old, and 10 to 12 years old ("Contestants"). By participating in this Contest, all Contestants and their parents or legal guardians are deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions herein.

The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in this Contest: Employees of JORDAN (including its affiliated and related companies) and their immediate family members, representatives and employees, and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of JORDAN (including its affiliated and related companies) and their immediate family members, and/or JORDAN’S elected printing vendors.


This Contest shall run from 12:00 am on 1 March 2019 to 4:00 pm on 14 May 2019. ("Contest Period"). JORDAN reserves the right to amend the Contest Period at any time without any notice. All entries received outside the Contest Period will be immediately disqualified. No correspondence will be entertained.


To take part, the Contestant MUST complete the following steps:

• Purchase any Jordan Product and keep the receipt ("Proof of Purchase").

• Obtain a contest form from a participating merchant store or online at

• Create an art piece based on the theme of 'My Favourite Food' on the contest form with NON-DIGITAL art utilities and physical materials.

• For submissions via WhatsApp, Facebook or email: Complete the contest form (A4 sized) and snap a clear picture of your completed contest form (front & back) & receipt as proof of purchase. If your child’s entry is shortlisted, you are required to present the physical copy for further evaluation.

• For submissions via mail: Complete the contest form (A4 sized) and mail your art piece in an envelope together with the Proof of Purchase.

Participants that are shortlisted to be winners are required to present the original completed contest entry and form for further evaluation. If the original contest entry does not match the image submitted via any e-submission platform, it shall be immediately disqualified.

Contestants may submit multiple entries and photocopies of the contest form are accepted. Each contest form submitted MUST be accompanied with a receipt of purchase of any Jordan product ("Proof of Purchase").

Each Contestant is entitled to win a maximum of one (1) prize during the entire duration of the contest.


Each contest form MUST include ALL of the following to be deemed complete and valid for submission:

• Completed 'My Favourite Food' art piece that was created using only NON-DIGITAL materials such as colour pencils, crayons, paints, coloured sand, glitter, paper, seeds, art & craft materials, and/or recycled materials

• Contestant’s details including the name of the Contestant, their parents or legal guardians, date of birth, mailing address and contact number

• Proof of Purchase that consists of a receipt for Jordan products dated within the contest period

• All art pieces must be featured on contest forms in A4 size (210x297mm) only

• Submissions that are incomplete or incorrect, as well as any form of colouring, crafting or editing done via digital software and/or mobile devices will not be accepted and shall be immediately disqualified


Judging criteria of each artwork will be based on the following:

• Overall creativity & theme: 40%
• Overall colour combination & composition: 20%
• Craft, skill & neatness: 20%
• Creative use of materials: 20%

All artwork submissions must be the original creation of the Contestant. Entries that have been previously released, submitted for other contests or entries that infringe on third party’s copyrights will not be accepted.


There will be a total of 15 winners chosen for each contest category:

Category 1 (6 to 9 years) and Category 2 (10 to 12 years). For contest purposes, the age of the participant will be based only on the year shown in the participant’s NRIC or Birth Certificate.

For each of these categories, the top 3 Contestants will be chosen to be the Grand Prize Winner, 1st Prize Winner and 2nd Prize Winner respectively. Likewise, the following top 12 Contestants will each win a Consolation Prize. In the event of a tie, the judges will make the final decision.

All shortlisted Contestants will be notified by phone and/or email and invited to join the Prize Giving Ceremony where each winner will be announced. Winners will be notified on the date & venue of the Prize Giving Ceremony.

If any of the winners are not able to join the Prize Giving Ceremony, a representative can be sent to collect their prizes on their behalf. Official identification documents and an authorisation letter are required to be presented by the representative.


1. Winners are determined by a panel of judges whose decision is final. The Organiser reserves the right not to award any of the stipulated prizes should any one of the artworks fail, in the judges' opinions, to meet the required standards. No correspondences, queries, appeals or protests will be entertained. Contest results will also be announced on Finding Jordan Picasso’s microsite.

2. All postage, transportation, accommodation, personal cost and/or any other costs and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this contest as well as to redeem the prizes are the sole responsibility of the entrants and winners. The Organiser assumes no liability for entries that are lost, late or damaged during mailing.

3. All entries shall become the property of the Organiser. Unless prohibited by law, The Organiser and their agents shall acquire the right to announce, use, adapt, edit or revise the entries in any manner in any media and in any country or jurisdiction for commercial or non-commercial use without having to disclose the identity of the contestants or to pay them any additional compensation.

4. The submission of an entry further constitutes the consent of the Contestant and his/her parents or legal guardian to irrevocably assign and transfer to The Organiser all rights, titles and interests of the entry, including, without limitation, all patents, design rights and copyrights.

5. The Organiser reserves the right to exhibit or reproduce any winning artwork in whatever way deemed fit without prior notice, consent or payment to the winners.

6. The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide an alternative prize of an equivalent value without prior notice. The Organiser shall not be liable for prizes that are lost, damaged or stolen during or after the course of collection and/or delivery.

7. The Organiser reserves the rights to amend the Terms & Conditions contained herein, wholly or in part at any time and to end the Contest earlier or extend it further at its absolute discretion, and shall provide notification of the same to the Contestants.

8. By submitting an entry to The Organiser, the Contestants agree for The Organiser to disclose their personal data and photographs for:
• Publishing in any mass media or marketing materials for advertising or publicity purposes
• Any other purpose in relation to the Competition, which is considered by The Organiser to be in The Organiser’s interest, in any manner as and when The Organiser deems necessary without further notice to the Contestants and/or the award winners

9. By submitting an entry, the Contestant provides permission to the Organiser’s branches, agencies, representative offices, affiliated, associated or related corporations, and their respective agents, whether situated in or out of Malaysia, to process all the Personal Data submitted by the contestant.

10. The term "process" shall include but is not limited to, collecting, recording, holding, storing, using and/or disclosing.

11. "Personal Data" may include, but is not limited to, the Contestant's name, identity card number, address, email address, phone number, gender and other relevant information provided by the Contestant during or after the Contest.

12. The purpose for which The Organiser collects the Personal Data ("Purpose") includes the following:
• To establish the Contestant’s and/or the award winner’s identity and background
• For communications with the Contestant and/or the award winner on any matter pertaining to the Competition, including but not limited to queries on the entry form details
• To contact the Contestants and/or the award winners to discuss any future exhibitions, publicity events related to their artworks and other art events
• To create a Jordan’s Art Initiative alumni mailing list to update alumni members on activities relating to any similar campaigns or competitions in the future
• To meet the disclosure requirements of any law binding The Organiser; for any other purpose that is required or permitted by any law, regulations, guidelines and/or relevant regulatory authorities

13. The Contestant's Personal Data will be collected from the information the Contestant has provided to The Organiser in the entry form and any other documents provided in relation to the Contest.

14. The Contestants and/or the award winners agree and consent that The Organiser may transfer their Personal Data outside of Malaysia. All Personal Data held by The Organiser and the Group will be accorded with reasonable level of protection against any loss, misuse, modification, unauthorised or accidental access or disclosure, alteration or deletion.

15. The Organiser agrees to take reasonable steps and measures to secure the safety of the Personal Data collected from the Contestants.
